When you get stuck, or feel uncertainty, insecurity, or pain in your life, you can feel hopeless and despondent. Not a nice place to be! There are often feelings of shame or blame around this so getting momentum on a breakthrough can feel impossible.
The good news is there is something you can do no matter what the situation!
Coming to the rescue is the work of one of my greatest teachers, Byron Katie. She developed a form of self-inquiry and called it The Work. The Work helped Katie, herself, pull out of a deep depression and create a life where she could move out of suffering and into “loving what is”.
This worksheet is based on her work. I developed this worksheet, in particular, for you to keep on hand whenever you are feeling stuck. Take a moment to answer the questions and soon you will find yourself in a new perspective and solutions about what is challenging you. I recommend you do this inquiry whenever you feel stuck or negative.
Let me know what changed for you as a result of your Inquiry.
Warning! Breakthroughs ahead 😉
