Most of us go through the day unaware of the tension we hold. “Threshold” Meditation is an exercise that teaches you to be sensitive to small changes in the body. Through practice the body learns what relaxation feels like in each muscle. You become more aware when the tension is occurring in the moment. Through practice, you develop ways to do this in an unconscious way.
