Four 50min private mindfulness coaching sessions by phone, Skype or in my office, on the following topics:

- The Power of Open Hearted Living
- The Power of Appreciating
- The Power of Generosity
Through each module you’ll learn concepts and the very best practices that will have you feeling lighter, more relaxed and in charge of your emotions, your connections with others and your ability to think clearly.
Secrets to Peace of Mind Group Sessions: This is a 4-Week program for those of you who like to learn in a group. The agenda is the same as above but each group session is 90 minutes long to allow ample time for discussion and practice. Sessions can be held at someone’s home or in my office in Westmount. One of my previous workshops led to a group meeting for 4 years!
